As part of the services offered to clients, Eris Strategy undertakes research which may include collecting information, using information provided clients or third parties. This information can be collected through a wide range of techniques that includes, but not restricted to, interviews and observation. Depending on the method used, from time to time, personal identifying may be present. Where there is personal identifying information provided to Eris Strategy, Eris Strategy takes reasonable steps to ensure this information is provided in accordance the Privacy Act and Code.

Eris Strategy may charge a fee to cover any cost of retrieval and provision of information.

If at any time you believe that personal information we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you may request amendment of it and we will either amend the information or make a record of your comment, as we think appropriate.

Third Party Disclosure

From time to time, Eris Strategy will work with contractors for data collection, processing, storage and analysis. In these dealings Eris Strategy puts in place arrangements .

Contractors may be used to collect information or to structure it in a database on our behalf. Forethought has in place arrangements with third parties to ensure that the personal information is used in a manner consistent with our obligations under this policy.

Security

Eris Strategy takes all reasonable steps to ensure that any personal identifying information is held securely to prevent potential wrongful disclosure or misuse. Information collected, or provided to Eris Strategy is kept until it is no longer required for research purposes, whereupon any personal identifying information is deleted to de-identify an individual. We require all suppliers and contractors who collect or receive personal identifying information on our behalf to provide adequate safeguards.
